He is quite cooropative when it involves taking out most pirates, but he is friends with Kadar and refuses to fight against him or his allies which irritates the Fleet admrial, who consideres Jormungandr a friend rather than a enemy. The 4 Emperors (Yonko): King Garruk Hrothgar (Giant (M)) Bounty: 4,791,000,000, - The king of the giants and father of Jormugandr he is a notoriously problematic warrior who care about nothing more than a good fight, all the giants who agree with the war born way follow him creating one of the deadliest pirate crews in the world. His motto is "If you want it, take it with your streangth" and thats how he lives his life. He hates his son and thinks he is a bum unworthy of the title of Prince, he exiled his son to the grand line and told him to come back once he's a strong warrior. Kadar Ashen (human (m)) Bounty: 3,491,100,000 - A powerful pirate who has a Ash logia devil fruit, and a very large crew spanning over 50 islands in the new world.
