The user also will be viewed with some initial distrust, as Rinkah thinks the user is an adopted Nohrian royal who might be too close to Garon, though Rinkah has no proof either way of the user's loyalty. If the person in question hates Garon, then Rinkah will approve of them. If this idea of having the user leave Nohr for Hoshido is brought up in front of Flora and Felicia, Flora should be hesitant because she knows that she and Felicia are hostages to keep the Ice Tribe in line with Nohr, but Rinkah, Felicia, and the user do not know this so Flora would try to give reasons to stay without sharing this hostage status. Felicia is loyal to the user and would follow his decisions. If the user were to leave, then Flora should decide to go to the Ice Tribe to warn them that things have changed now that the user has left and essentially broken the hostage situation (whether or not it was done wittingly), and Flora would fear that there's no reason for Garon to pretend to be nice to the Ice Tribe.
